Mix 103.1’s “Pick-A-Purse”
OFFICIAL RULES

1. Contest is open to person’s 21 years of age or older and must be a resident of the State of Alaska.

2. No purchase necessary to enter. Mix 103.1 will take random callers to guess the “Pick-A-Purse” contents Monday through Friday at 7:20am, 1:20pm, and 4:20pm. When a correct answer is received the contest ends for that week and will begin again the following Monday. The “Pick-A-Purse” contest runs from 10/01/07-11/09/07.

3. In order to win contestants must describe the prize right down to specifics which may include product names, sponsors, and specific wording on the prize description as determined by KMXS staff prior to the start of that week’s contest.

4. One winner per household for the duration of the contest.

5. Everyone is eligible to win except employees of Anchorage Media Group, participating sponsors and employees of other radio stations and their immediate families.

6. Prize consists of a designer handbag from Nordstrom, a matching pair of earrings, and the secret prize inside the purse which will vary from week to week. There will be no substitution of prize. Prize is non-transferable. Failure to collect prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of AMG.

7. As the winner, you will be required to sign an AMG release form before your prize will be awarded. Winner’s Social Security number may be required to claim certain prizes.

8. All entrant participation in this contest is voluntary and acknowledges that Anchorage Media Group and other participating sponsors are not responsible for any subsequent events directly or indirectly associated with winning the Prize.

9. Winners must consent to the use of their names without compensation for advertising purposes.

10. Certain rules and restrictions apply. Winner is responsible for applicable taxes.

11. Non-Compliance with rules by winner(s) may result in the forfeiture of prize(s). Anchorage Media Group remains the final decision-maker in all matters relating to contesting in order insure fairness for all parties involved!

12. AMG reserves the right to revise these rules at any time.
